What are your delivery options within the UK?
We offer free standard delivery on all orders over £500. For smaller items, shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Deliveries usually arrive within 3-7 working days, depending on your location.
Do you offer a trial period for mattresses?
Yes, we offer a 100-night sleep trial on selected mattress models. If you are not completely satisfied with your comfort levels, you can exchange it for a different tension or return it for a refund.
Can you dispose of my old bed or mattress?
We provide a professional removal and recycling service for a small additional fee. Simply select the 'Recycling Service' option at checkout when purchasing your new bed.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also offer flexible financing options via Klarna and PayPal Credit.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link. For large furniture items, our delivery partner will contact you directly to schedule a specific time slot.
What is your return policy for bedding and accessories?
Hygiene is our priority. Pillows, duvets, and protectors can be returned within 14 days only if they remain in their original, unopened vacuum packaging.
